At MOZA Racing, we are committed to providing high-quality sim racing hardware and offer a 30-day return window for products in original condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our support team is here to assist you with a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team via the official portal with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

    Receive Authorization

    Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the specific shipping address for our service center.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely pack the device in its original packaging including all cables and manuals, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Our technicians will inspect the hardware upon arrival; once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
